Handel’s Water World

2-hour workshop, including tour of house
£4.00 per student

Looking at Handel’s Water Music as inspiration, students will dream up watery sounds and words to create their own ‘water music’. They will think about the sounds of water, e.g. falling rain, a thunderstorm, a trickling stream, and conjure up words and phrases to describe and represent these sounds. Vocals, drama work, and simple percussion instruments will be used to link sounds, words and music.
