The Schools Workshop Programme at Handel House is designed to complement National Curriculum programmes of study in Music, but there is also the opportunity for cross-curricula work, notably with History, Literacy, RE, Drama and Art. Handel House represents a unique resource for schools, offering young people the opportunity to work with professional musicians in an inspiring historic house.
A selection of workshops with a focus on composition and music making are available suitable for Foundation Stage, Key Stages 1-4, and students studying post-16. Tailor made workshops and tours are also an option, so please let us know if you would like to organise a unique visit for your group. All workshops include a tour of the House.
