Handel House is at 25 Brook Street, Mayfair, just off Bond Street, between Grosvenor Square and Hanover Square. Please note that the entrance to the Museum is round the back of Brook Street in Lancashire Court. Please print off the map for further details.

Transport Links

Tube: Bond Street (Jubilee and Central lines) - walk down South Molton Street;
Oxford Circus (Victoria, Central and Bakerloo lines) - Regent Street, Hanover Street then Brook Street.

Transport for London's Journey PlannerBus: Numerous buses serve Oxford Street, Bond Street and Regent Street, stopping within a few minutes' walk of the Museum.

Rail: Closest mainline railway stations are Victoria and Marylebone. Take the tube to Oxford Circus.

By Car, Coach or Motorcycle:

The Museum is in the Congestion Charge Zone, which is in operation from Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm. See www.cclondon.com for further information. The Charge does not apply at weekends and Bank Holidays.

Parking in central London is extremely difficult. However visitors have a few options:

On street parking for cars:

a) 'Pay by phone only' bays are available on many streets surrounding the museum including Brook Street; for more information visit: https://verrus.com/westminster/howitworks.aspx or to register in advance on-line visit http://verrus.com/westminster/registration.aspx

b) Pay and Display bays are available in Hanover Square and Brooks Mews and accept only cash or cards.

Car parks: available all around the West End, such as in Cavendish Square.

Coaches: parking, set down and pick up can take place on the East side of Hanover Square, which is a three minute walk from the Museum. There are parking bays for coaches in Park Lane which are £4 per hour (max two hours).

Motorcycles: parking is available on Brooks Mews or Hanover Square

Disabled Parking and Access

There is disabled parking on Brooks Mews (see map above) and wheelchair access to the Museum from here. To get to Brooks Mews by car you will have to navigate the one-way system:

Go down New Bond Street. Turn right at Grosvenor Street. Take the first right down Davies Street. Take the first right onto Brooks Mews. The parking bays are on the right hand side of the road.

Wheelchair access to the Museum from Brooks Mews can be gained by going to the end of Brooks Mews. Turn left onto Avery Row (pedestrianised street). Turn right into Lancashire Court (small alleyway) and go down the ramp. Handel House Museum is straight ahead and the first building on the left.
