Primary Education

Your pupils' visit to the Handel House Museum will sit well within the music requirements of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1 and 2. All visits to the House start with a tour of the House which includes listening to Handel’s music as well as giving a basic historical context.

The second part of the visit will be based on composition, performance or both depending on the workshop you choose!

Group sizes

If a class is bigger than 20 then we will have to split them into 2 groups. Please ensure that you have enough adults with the group to allow this.

Lunch space

Unfortunately Handel House Museum does not have a dedicated space for eating packed lunches. However, depending on the loan agreements of our current exhibitions we may be able to accommodate you. Please ask about this when you book.

Cost

A limited number of free workshops are available to UK state schools each year. Please ask about these when you book.
