Hardly Handel: Stravinsky and the Perfect Instrument
This recital explores some of the lute music Stravinsky knew and admired, featuring works by Francesco Da Milano, Pietro Paulo de Bologna and Albert De Rippe, along with a newly composed homage to Stravinsky for the lute.

Diva Thursday Live: Anastasia Robinson (SOLD OUT)
Anastasia Robinson had a very eventful life on and off the stage. Her career was over by 1724 by which time she had sung in several of Handel’s great operas. Katherine Allen (mezzo soprano) and Julian Perkins (harpsichord) will present a programme of music to include arias from Ottone and Giulio Cesare.

Currents of Fresh Air: Telemann, Bach and Scarlatti (SOLD OUT)
“Currents of fresh air” was the comment made by eminent French writer Romain Rolland about the music of Telemann. This programme will include Telemann’s Violin Sonata in D, Partita in A for solo harpsichord by J.S Bach and Sonatas by Scarlatti.

Hardly Handel: De la Salle
