Sopranos Adey Grummet and Sarah Moule perform their own magnificent interpretation of the rivalry between two great baroque divas of Handel's time - Faustina Bordini and Francesca Cuzzoni. Bordoni and Cuzzoni's epic rivalry eventually culminated explosively in an on-stage row. This tiff became the source of great scandal and was famously parodied in The Beggar's Opera. With Bridget Cunningham (harpsichord).
